项目概况/Project Overview

项目位于陕西省汉中市的滨江新区，别墅区面积不大，容积率不低。设计考虑如何既满足容积率要求，又营造出“城市山林”的隐逸居所。

The project is located in Binjiang New District, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province. The villa area is not large and the plot ratio is not low. Design to consider how to meet the requirements of plot ratio while creating a secluded residence in urban mountains and forests.

规划布局/Planning and Layout

地块中央设置四栋定制独栋，周边局部双拼，如此在地块核心营造一片透气空间，定制独栋也成为客户最受欢迎的产品。

Four customized standalone buildings are set up in the center of the plot, with some surrounding areas being double spliced, creating a breathable space in the core of the plot. Customized standalone buildings have also become the most popular product for customers.

平面设计/Plan

融入多进院落的园林式布局。定制独栋围绕六大院落组织动线，步移景异。

Incorporating a garden style layout with multiple courtyards. Customized standalone buildings are organized around six major courtyards to create a unique scenery.

立面设计/Facade design

相对一期的繁复中式，采取更为现代、简练的表达，用精炼的线条和克制的细节，彰显建筑自身的品质。

Compared to the complex Chinese style of the previous period, it adopts a more modern and concise expression, highlighting the quality of the building itself with refined lines and restrained details.
