项目概况/Project Overview

项目位于武汉远郊，虽然整体2.5容积率，但业主希望项目呈现度假感与松弛感，避免成为千篇一律的远郊大盘。设计提出“社区即景区”的构想，以“有魅力的街道”为出发点，打造若干主题与气质不同的线性空间。在沿途设置幼儿园、社区商业等配套节点，形成有人文及度假特征的场景体验。

The project is located in the outskirts of Wuhan. Although the overall plot ratio is 2.5, the owner hopes that the project will present a sense of vacation and relaxation, avoiding becoming a monotonous suburban market. The design proposes the concept of "community as scenic area", starting from "charming streets", to create several linear spaces with different themes and temperament. Set up supporting nodes such as kindergartens and community businesses along the way to create a scene experience with cultural and vacation features.
